PS4 First Generation
The PS4 First Gen was released in 2013 as the first model of the range. The easiest way to identify the first-generation console is its sharp corners and light indicator running across the top.
Ps4 Slim
In 2016, the PS4 Slim was introduced, offering a smaller and sleek design. The PS4 Slim has rounded corners and lights on the actual power button. The PS logo appears in the middle of the top cover.
PS4 Pro
The PS4 Pro is at the top of the range and is easily identified by its triple layers that are combined with a light indicator. The corners are slightly rounded and include additional USB ports at the back of the console.

Once you've completed the form and sent it to us, we will be in contact with you via email. We will require a photo of the console, controller, and games. Then, it's time to package it and send us the dimensions and weight.

2. We arrange and pay for Ram Couriers to collect your PS4 and provide the tracking details. This way, you also know precisely where your PS4 is going and when it will arrive. Of course, we are also on the ball with our customers and keep you notified throughout the process!

3. Consoles usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days; we carefully unpack the console and look at the condition of the PS4 console, controller(s), and games, if any are included. We also test everything in full, for which we reserve 24 hours.

4. Once testing is complete, you'll once again hear from us about the gaming console you're selling and what we found during testing. We will pay directly into your bank account within 1 business day after testing, it's that easy!
