Returns and Refunds
Bought a console and changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to return it for a refund or exchange the console for a different one. If something is faulty, that's covered separately by our warranty and costs you nothing.

What We Need Back
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be:

Complete in Original Packaging: This includes all the cables, accessories, and any other included items. The box must be complete if it was supplied with the original box. Any damage will be deducted.

Same Condition and Functionality: The console and accessories need to be in the same condition as supplied.

Same Unit: We keep track of all our serial numbers. The same console must be returned without any tampering.
MobiTraderSA reserves the right to decline any returns/refunds if the above conditions are not met.
How to Return an Item
To process a return, send us a WhatsApp on 0634787886 with your order number.
Please package the console securely in the same box we sent it. The console remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
We will check and test the console in 1 to 2 business days once it arrives.
Refunds are made to the same payment method, especially if you used one of the buy now pay later systems such as PayFlex or MobiCred.
Paid with a Trade-In Voucher?
If you used our sell your console service and got 10% more when trading in, we can still offer a cash refund for the console you bought with the voucher. However, we'll remove the 10% boost you received.
