PS5 Slim Digital Matte - 2 Player Bundle

Every pre-owned PS5 we sell is tested, reset and covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s covered

Faults with the console itself that come from normal use, for example no power, no picture, overheating shutdowns, disc drive faults (disc models) or storage errors.

How a claim works

Contact us with your order number and a short description of the fault.

We arrange free courier collection anywhere in South Africa.

We repair your console within 14 days of it reaching our workshop. Courier time is extra.

If we can’t repair it, or the repair takes longer than 14 days, we replace it with the same model.

Controllers and accessories

Controllers, cables and other accessories have a 7-day testing window from delivery. Please test everything as soon as it arrives and tell us about any problem within those 7 days.

Not covered by warranty

• Physical damage (drops, knocks, cracked casing)
• Damaged ports (HDMI, USB, power)
• Liquid damage
• Power-surge damage. We recommend using a surge protector.
• Games, and accessories after the 7-day testing window

After your warranty, or for damage it doesn’t cover

You still get discounted repair rates for 12 months from purchase. A once-off R400 fee covers courier and inspection. If you go ahead with the repair, we deduct the R400 from your quote. The fee still applies if the console can’t be repaired.

We want you to be happy with your PS5. If you change your mind, you have 14 days to return it. If something goes wrong, the 6-month warranty covers you.

Changed your mind?

Days 1–7 after delivery: full refund

Return your console within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. No reason needed. You pay the return courier cost.

Days 8–14 after delivery: refund less a 10% restocking fee

You can still return your console. We refund the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee, which covers re-testing, cleaning and relisting. You pay the return courier cost.

After 14 days, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns. Your warranty still covers faults.

Faulty console?

A fault is never a change of mind. If your PS5 develops a fault within 6 months of delivery:

We arrange free courier collection anywhere in South Africa.

You choose a repair, a replacement, or a refund.

No restocking fee applies.

See our Warranty page for what’s covered and how claims work.

Before you send it back

To qualify for a change-of-mind return:

Send everything that came with your order: the console, controller(s), HDMI cable, power cable, USB charging cable, all accessories, and the box it was supplied in.

Return the console in the condition we sent it.

Sign out of your PlayStation Network account and turn off “Console Sharing and Offline Play” on the console. We can’t reset or resell a console that’s still linked to your account.

Pack it securely. Use the original box or packaging. You’re responsible for the console until it reaches us, so we recommend an insured, tracked courier.

If items are missing, or the console comes back damaged, we deduct the actual cost of replacing or repairing them from your refund. We’ll tell you the amount before we process the refund.
