PS5 Slim Disc - Mega Package (Pre-Owned)
Every Pre-owned console sold by MobiTraderSA carries a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Covered by Warranty:
- Console Hard Drive
- Console Motherboard
- HDMI Port (if Not Physically Damage)
- Optical Disc Drive (If Not Physically Damaged)
- Blue Light of Death
- White Light of Death
All parts covered under the warranty will be void if the console has been dropped or physically damaged in any way.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Power Supply - Power supplies are not covered due to load shedding in South Africa.
- Pre-owned Controllers, headsets, games, and any other accessories.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
The 3-month warranty will only be valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Warranty repairs done by MobiTraderSA only. Client will be responsible to deliver the console or courier fee if located far from MobiTraderSA.
MobiTraderSA pre-owned warranties will be void if the console has signs of damage, including but not limited to physical damage, water damage, self-repair, and repairs/upgrades done by other technicians or persons.

Details About Our 3 Month Warranty
MobiTraderSA includes a 3 to 6-month warranty on all pre-owned gaming consoles unless stated otherwise in the product listing. All gaming accessories and games are not included with the warranty, as only the gaming console unit is covered.
We will arrange to collect the item for free and repair it within 14 days, provided the following terms and conditions are met.
Any internal or external damage caused by force (dropping, bumping, knocking, etc).
Physical damage to ports, including USB Ports, HDMI Ports, Power Supply Ports, and any other Ports.
Liquid damage to gaming consoles, accessories, or any other items will not be covered by the return policy or warranty.
Power supplies or electrical damage can be caused in various ways, but the most likely cause is a power surge. We highly recommend using a surge protector with gaming consoles.
Controllers and accessories: These items are thoroughly tested to ensure they are in excellent working condition before being sent to you. You have seven (7) days to completely test any accessories, games, and controllers to ensure they are in good working order.
After seven days from receiving your order, no accessories, games, or controllers will qualify for any warranty repairs.
Repairs Not Covered by Warranty
If the gaming console or other items do not qualify for warranty repair, MobiTraderSA will repair the console or items at a discounted rate. This only applies to items purchased from the MobiTraderSA website.
The discounted repairs are valid for 12 months and include damages caused by the user.
To request a repair, a once-off service fee of R400 applies, which covers the courier service and inspection. We will quote for the repair and deduct the inspection fee if you choose to proceed with the repair.
Items that cannot be repaired for any reason will still carry the service fee.
