The PS4 Pro console and both DualShock 4 wireless controllers show normal aesthetic signs of prior love (such as light surface scuffs on the plastic housing and standard handling marks on the grips).
The internal optical disc drive reads instantly, the fan runs smoothly, and all ports are completely sound. The 3 included physical games are in very good condition, work flawlessly, and come in their original retail storage cases.

Damages Covered by Warranty
MobiTraderSA includes a 3 to 6-month warranty on all pre-owned gaming consoles (depending on the model) unless stated otherwise in the product listing. All gaming accessories and games are not included with the warranty, as only the gaming console unit is covered.
We will arrange to collect the item for free and repair it within 14 days, provided the following terms and conditions are met.

Any internal or external damage caused by force (dropping, bumping, knocking, etc).

Physical damage to ports, including USB Ports, HDMI Ports, Power Supply Ports, and any other Ports.

Liquid damage to gaming consoles, accessories, or any other items will not be covered by the return policy or warranty.

Power supplies or electrical damage can be caused in various ways, but the most likely cause is a power surge. We highly recommend using a surge protector with gaming consoles.
Controllers and accessories: These items are thoroughly tested to ensure they are in excellent working condition before being sent to you. You have seven (7) days to completely test any accessories, games, and controllers to ensure they are in good working order.
After seven days from receiving your order, no accessories, games, or controllers will qualify for any warranty repairs.
Repairs Not Covered by Warranty
If the gaming console or other items do not qualify for warranty repair, MobiTraderSA will repair the console or items at a discounted rate. This only applies to items purchased from the MobiTraderSA website.
The discounted repairs are valid for 12 months and include damages caused by the user.
To request a repair, a once-off service fee of R400 applies, which covers the courier service and inspection. We will quote for the repair and deduct the inspection fee if you choose to proceed with the repair.
Items that cannot be repaired for any reason will still carry the service fee.

Process of Warranty Repairs
If the gaming console qualifies and is still under warranty, we will have the item collected at no cost and repair it within 14 days (excluding the courier time). Should the repair not be successful or take longer than 14 days, we will replace the console with the same model.

To qualify for returns, you must submit the request within 7 days after the time the package was delivered. We will do our best to satisfy your order by either repairing, replacing, issuing a credit voucher, or processing a refund for the value of your order.
The following terms and conditions apply to submitting a return request.
If you changed your mind or would like to return a perfectly working product for a refund, a R499 restocking fee applies. This is to cover the courier services used to deliver and collect your console.
Does My Order Qualify for Return?
MobiTraderSA deals in pre-owned gaming consoles, meaning the consoles, controllers, games, and other accessories are not new and will never be listed as "brand new."
We do our best to provide full disclosure with every listing on our website, informing you of any marks, scratches, dents, cracks, and/or any other defects. The person purchasing the item(s) is responsible for reading the description and accepting the listed defects.
For a full refund, returns must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the item(s).
Items must be returned in their original condition. If you no longer have the box, it is your responsibility to package the console and accessories to ensure it arrives safely without getting damaged.
