How do I know I can trust MobiTraderSA?

We created MobiTraderSA to help gamers avoid scammers when buying or selling gaming consoles. The most recommended way to see if any business is legit is to read reviews on Google and HelloPeter. Businesses cannot delete or edit these reviews, making them a great resource to check any business.

Can I pay off my console from MobiTraderSA?

Currently, we only offer PayFlex as a financing option for your console, or you can use your credit card. Unfortunately, we do not yet offer other finance services. You can also choose from a wide variety of other payment methods, including debit cards, EFT, and more. 

How long does delivery take from MobiTraderSA?

Once we receive your order, we strive to get it sent as soon as possible. However, we might take up to 24 hours to complete packaging (when it's very busy). Once we've booked the courier, you'll receive your package in 2 to 4 business days. 

Please note: Package builder options might not be in stock and can take longer to courier. 

Do consoles come with a warranty?

Yes, all our pre-owned gaming consoles come with a 6-month warranty. You can read more about the specific details of what's covered and how to claim in our return policy.
